The finalists have been selected and announced for The Urban Developer’s inaugural Urban Leader Awards, with 94 outstanding individuals and groups making the shortlist.

Across 14 categories, the Urban Leader Awards will recognise individuals and small groups (3 or less) for their exceptional contributions to the property sector. The calibre of nominations this year has been truly outstanding. Additionally, the awards will honour an emerging leader under the age of 35 with the prestigious Future Leader Award.

The winners will be announced at a gala dinner at Doltone House Hyde Park, Sydney, on Wednesday, 16 October 2024.
