Iwan Sunito - Founder & CEO, Crown Group
Iwan Sunito is the co-founder, Chairman and Group CEO of Crown Group. Crown Group is one of Australia’s most prolific property development companies with a multi-billion dollar pipeline of developments under construction and coming soon.
Iwan graduated with a Bachelor of Architecture (Hons) and Master of Construction Management from the University of NSW. He was awarded the UNSW Eric Daniels award for excellence in residential design in 1992 and became a registered Architect in NSW in 1993.
Iwan has been awarded the 2013 Congress of Indonesian Diaspora Entrepreneur Award, Urban Taskforce Australia’s 2015 Property Person of the Year and was named winner at the 2013 Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Awards.
Since it was founded in 1996, Crown Group has received more than 30 top industry awards and is responsible for iconic Sydney developments such as Infinity by Crown Group – a landmark development in Green Square that recorded $380 million in sales in one day – one of the most successful residential development sales launches in Sydney’s history.
